TAKRAF designs and develops mobile conveyor bridges (MCBs) as mobile link conveyors between variousmining equipment. These crawler-mounted machines are "multi-use" and generally comprise one conveyor bridge segment supported on two crawler undercarriages.
Mobile conveyor bridges operate as flexible links between mining machines and bench conveyors and increase the operating range of the entire system. Additionally, mobile conveyor bridges can be used to bridge benches of different height.
Specific features and options of our mobile conveyor bridges
Our machines are all specifically designed to our client's unique requirements and incorporate various solutions according to their specific application, including actual site conditions. We have supplied mobile conveyor bridges with belt widths from 1,400 mm to 1,829 mm and with effective bridge lengths of up to 150 m. If required, machines can be equipped with leveling devices so as to avoid conveyor cross inclination.
