As part of TAKRAF Group’s broader digital transformation efforts, we are pleased to announce the rollout of Workday - a leading cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform - across the company in 2025.
This investment marks an important milestone in our digitalization journey as we prepare to celebrate 300 years of engineering excellence and look ahead to the future. With the introduction of Workday, we are embarking on a long-term transformation of our HR landscape - starting this year with selected modules and growing step by step toward a more unified, modern platform across TAKRAF Group.
“Digitalization is a key enabler for our long-term success,” says Massimo Valsecchi, Chief Financial Officer of TAKRAF Group. “Implementing Workday is more than just updating our software - it’s about transforming how we work, simplifying daily tasks and making TAKRAF Group an even more attractive place to work.”
With Workday, employees will gain access to intuitive self-service features that allow them to easily update personal information, view personalized dashboards and enroll in training - anytime, anywhere. For new joiners, the platform offers a smoother onboarding experience, setting the tone for an engaging career with TAKRAF Group from day one. And for aspiring employees, Workday makes all open positions visible on the careers page, with an application just a click away.
Managers, too, will benefit from a broad range of intuitive self-services that enable them to digitally initiate and approve key HR processes such as recruitment, compensation and employee development. Real-time insights into their team’s data supports more informed decision-making, while the system enhances transparency and ensures compliance across all HR processes
“As we streamline our HR operations, we’re also empowering our teams,” adds Massimo Valsecchi, TAKRAF Group CFO. “This project is part of a broader, global approach to digitalization – not only in how we work, but also in how we deliver our solutions. From faster onboarding to seamless approvals, we’re driving efficiency across the organization while maintaining the high standards our people and clients expect.”
In partnership with Kainos, a leading Workday implementation expert, we’re ensuring a smooth and structured rollout of the platform across all TAKRAF Group entities.
The introduction of Workday reflects TAKRAF Group’s strong commitment to digitalization and continuous improvement. While the platform will launch with select features in 2025, additional capabilities will be introduced in phases to ensure a smooth transition for all users.
