TAKRAF Group is proud to announce that TAKRAF India has been awarded a contract by one of our long-standing clients, Hindalco Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, in Rayagda, India.
Hindalco is the world’s largest aluminum company by revenue and a major global player in copper and specialty alumina. In India, it stands as the leading producer of both copper and aluminum.
The order covers the engineering and supply of a complete bauxite handling system featuring:
- Stacking circuit (1,500 t/h capacity)
- Reclaiming circuit (1,200 t/h capacity)
- 1 slewing stacker
- 1 bucket wheel reclaimer
- 5 in-plant conveyors (total length: 2.6 km)
- 2 apron feeders and two belt feeders
- Auxiliary equipment, including belt scales, magnetic separators, metal detectors, hoists, diverter gates, dust suppression and extraction systems
The system will be delivered within 18 months.
