Compliance, ethics and integrity are the fundamentals of TAKRAF Group's corporate governance culture. The Group’s Compliance Management System ensures that all preconditions are systematically implemented within the Group, in order to avoid or significantly complicate violations of these requirements. It also ensures that violations that may unfortunately occur can be properly identified and investigated.

Under TAKRAF Group's established whistleblowing procedure, both TAKRAF Group personnel and/or external parties can report, on a confidential basis, situations or conducts that are illegal, allegedly illegal, in breach of all applicable and effective TAKRAF policies and procedures.

TAKRAF allows anonymous whistleblowing reports and guarantees the protection and confidentiality of whistleblowers acting in good faith.

In order to allow for appropriate verifications, the whistleblowing report must, as a minimum, contain the following elements:

• Object: clear description of the facts/incident, with the indication (if known) of the related time and place; and
• Reported subject author and/or other involved subjects/persons: any element that can favor the identification of the alleged author of the unlawful or suspected unlawful conduct (e.g. job role/title).
