Our new generation DELKOR BQR Flotation Cells, equipped with our latest MAXGen™ mechanism, achieve superior metallurgical performance and assist in maximizing metal recovery, while also providing for ease of maintenance and lower cost of ownership. 

DELKOR BQR Flotation Cells achieve optimum operation, through improved particle-bubble interaction, faster flotation kinetics and precise froth level controls.

Our flotation cells are used at various processing stages, namely for roughing, scavenging, cleaning and re-cleaning, and are suitable for processing copper, zinc, platinum group metals (PGMs), phosphates, graphite, ferrous minerals and effluents. 

Customized launder design options are available to ensure specific lip loading and froth carry rates, including peripheral, radial or combination of peripheral and radial launders. Also explore DELKOR’s Belt Linear Screens or APIC Jigs.

MAXGen™ Technology

Our MAXGen™ mechanism is the result of advanced research, extensive bench scale test work, scale-up and industrial trials. MAXGen™ enables the generation of a swarm of air bubbles with optimum size distribution. A careful trade-off between agitation levels and bubble distribution facilitates the flotation of fine and coarse particles equally (especially relevant for the flotation of low-density minerals), while efficiently keeping solids in suspension. This in turn maximizes the probability of bubble-particle interaction.
