Wagon (rail) and/or truck loading systems (loadout stations) are often required within complex bulk handling systems. These loading systems efficiently load a wagon and/or a truck with material for onward transport.
TAKRAF Group designs, fabricates and supplies a wide range of wagon/truck loading systems that are specifically designed to our clients' requirements and incorporate various solutions according to their specific applications.
By incorporating the latest technologies in planning, design and production, we are able to ensure that our machines efficiently and reliably deliver on your loading requirements. Alongside individual machines, we also supply complete systems for the handling and storage of various commodities.
Rail wagon loading systems
Our wagon loading systems reach capacities of 11,000 t/h and boast charge accuracies to within +/- 1%.
Gravimetric systems, which include weigh flasks, are used to obtain high accuracies at high capacities in up to fully automatic systems. Volumetric systems make use of high discharge rates to obtain high capacities with less complexity.
- Fully automated or semi-automated wagon loading systems
Our systems are capable of loading a wagon in either a fully automated or semi-automated manner. Self-learning capability can be incorporated. - Flexible wagon loading system solutions
The size of the surge bin can be minimized if the supply system delivers a constant and defined flow rate and the wagons have the same load capacity and dimensions. In the event of different sized wagons, the individual type and size of the wagon is identified prior to loading and this data is supplied digitally to a control system. - Accurate loading capability for all wagon loading systems
Due to our flexible wagon loading systems, individual wagons are not overloaded.
Wagons are loaded to the correct height and weight.
Truck loading systems boasting automation technologies
In systems where high material flow capacities are required and/or which involve specific charge accuracies, these systems are supplied with storage and/or weighing hoppers and include a high degree of automation technology - either as an automated single or multiple-bay truck loading system.
Semi-automated truck loading station
Where material supply is continuous and uniform and system requirements call for lower material flow rates and/or lower charge accuracies, a semi-automated loading station with direct loading can also be employed , that is a double-bay truck loading system.
