In this expanded role, Vinay Kumar Sandur will be responsible for streamlining and strengthening project operations across engineering and design, services, procurement and logistics, with the objective of delivering a seamless customer experience. He will continue to oversee the projects department at DELKOR India and reports to Rajiv Krishnamurthy, Managing Director of DELKOR India.

Vinay joined TAKRAF Group in 2012 and has over 30 years' experience in various industries. He has extensive technical, operational and managerial expertise. His background spans open-cast mining, coal- and gas-based thermal power plant projects, cross-country pipelines, material handling systems, mineral beneficiation, and process plants.
Throughout his career, Vinay has gained broad experience in plant construction and pre-commissioning activities in India and international locations. In previous assignments, he has led EPC projects, managed project and construction functions, overseen plant operations, maintenance, and supporting equipment and material procurement.
