Low Profile
Sizers are low profile and lightweight machines. Crushing plants which include sizers benefit from substantial savings in plant CAPEX and reduced height of the mechanically stabilized earth wall compared to other types of crushers.
Versatile and reliable crushing
Sizers can reliably process a wide range of materials at a high throughput. The two counter-rotating rolls allow the sizer to operate with direct-dumped or controlled feed and make the machine the ideal choice in wet and sticky applications.
Optimized and efficient breaking
The sizer tooth design is customized to produce an optimally sized orthogonal product, while reducing the amount of fines that are generated. The rotating screen effect also results in less absorbed power per ton of throughput.

Maximized grip allows for maximized crushing forces. Robust components and solid mechanics are utilized along the entire torque train for maximum reliability.
Improved maintenance
Quick connect segments and boltable primary crushing teeth allow for maintenance without having to remove the shaft.
