TAKRAF Spreaders

Spreaders are mobile dumping machines operating continuously in deep and high cast mode at the end of the mining system, receiving material from a tripper car or mobile transfer conveyor. In principle, the selection and design of spreaders are determined by the operating conditions (e.g. the properties of the dumped material) and the operational, geotechnical and safety requirements. The length of the discharge boom is significant for the size and the weight of the spreader.

TAKRAF Group delivers spreaders over a range from compact to large designs.

Possible applications:

  • Single-boom design
  • Two-conveyor compact design
  • Conventional design with rope-suspended discharge boom
  • Cross-pit design

Benefits

Matching your requirements

TAKRAF Spreaders are tailored to specific site and operational conditions, including different linked mining machines and varying dump heights. Using our extensive expertise, we assist you to select the right equipment for your application.

System synergies

TAKRAF provides the equipment required upstream of a spreader, which includes conveyors, connected processing equipment, loading/unloading technology and entire stockyard or dumping systems.
