From contract award to commissioning in Brazil, the project was completed within just eight months, reflecting the commitment, coordination and technical expertise of the teams involved.

The project brought together TAKRAF expertise from Germany and Brazil. The main crushing unit was supplied by TAKRAF Group's Product & Service Center in Lauchhammer, Germany, while TAKRAF Brazil delivered the drive components and auxiliaries. Commissioning was successfully executed by the TAKRAF Brazil site team, ensuring an efficient and smooth transition from delivery to operation.
Achieving this accelerated project schedule requires close coordination across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and site execution. By combining global product expertise with local execution capabilities, TAKRAF Group was able to meet demanding timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
