DELKOR has supplied and commissioned Horizontal Belt Filters (HBFs) for phosphate concentrate and tailings filtration applications, supporting the efficient separation of solids and liquids in mineral processing.
Phosphate concentrate filtration:
The HBFs used for this purpose are equipped with counter-current washing systems that are designed to effectively remove chlorides, ensuring product purity and meeting the requirements of subsequent processes.
Tailings filtration:
