High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) refurbishment 

TAKRAF provides full-service refurbishment for HPGR rolls at our Product & Service Center in Lauchhammer, Germany. The service ranges from disassembly and inspection, to tyre machining, reassembly using inductive heating and application of advanced wear protection systems.

Gearbox refurbishment 

Our gearbox services are designed to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability. TAKRAF provides continuous condition monitoring, scheduled inspections and dependable spare parts supply. When on-site repairs are needed, our skilled field service teams respond quickly and efficiently. For complex requirements, gearboxes are fully reconditioned or upgraded at our Product & Service Center in Lauchhammer, Germany, where both no-load and load testing are performed to confirm operational readiness and durability. This helps to reduce downtime and extend service life.
