Trainee program – your start as a trainee

We offer ambitious graduates a varied and exciting start to their professional career. You will get to know our work processes, apply your theoretical knowledge in your first projects and test your skills in a variety of tasks. In doing so, you will gain valuable experience, grow and develop on a continuous basis and gradually find your place in your professional life – all the while enjoying the support of a strong team.

The trainee program at a glance:

  • Duration: 18 months
  • Locations: Germany (Leipzig, Lauchhammer, incl. period abroad)
  • Areas of work: All departments possible – from engineering to purchasing and project management
  • Internationality: Multicultural work environment and real projects worldwide

Process and support

Your trainee programme comprises various departments spread across our office locations. You will start by focusing on your desired field, complete an international module and benefit from continuous mentoring along with regular feedback. At the same time, you will have access to targeted training opportunities.

From the outset, you will work on exciting projects and master your first challenges. As a trainee, you will be an active part of our team!

Your profile

We are looking for graduates who:

  • Have successfully completed their engineering or economics studies
  • Are committed and have an independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Enjoy working in an international team
  • Have gathered initial professional experience through internships, student traineeships or similar
  • Want to work internationally and enjoy geographical flexibility
  • Possess intercultural competence, e.g. through initial study or work placements abroad
  • Have excellent command of the English and German language, with knowledge of another foreign language a bonus
