Our application process
Please review our open positions and apply directly online for the position of your choice.
Our HR department will then carefully review your application and if your experience and strengths match the requirements of the role we will arrange a first interview with you to get to know you better. Depending on the position and location you have applied for, the interview may be conducted via video, phone or in person. During a second interview with the team, we’ll figure out if it’s a match on a technical and personal level. You’ll have the chance to ask your questions to the team and get an even clearer picture of the role.
At the end of the process, you will receive a prompt response from us regarding the outcome of your application. If it is a good fit, we will send you an offer and look forward to welcoming you at #TeamTAKRAF.
