TAKRAF Group operates in over 13 countries, with opportunities in Germany or at one of our international office locations. Please specify in your application where you would ideally like to start.
Our application process
Depending on your preferred location, your application will initially be forwarded to the relevant office. The applicable department will then carefully assess to what extent your experience and strengths match the respective tasks and requirements.
We usually start with a virtual interview so that we can get to know one another. In the case of mutual interest, this will be followed by a face-to-face meeting on-site. In some cases, the process may also involve a short work trial or an aptitude test. This gives both parties the opportunity to better assess a potential future collaboration.
At the end of the process, you will receive a prompt response from us regarding the outcome of your application. If we are a good fit, we look forward to making you an offer and taking the next step together. Our goal is for you to feel well prepared and welcome and supported in TAKRAF Group from day one.
